A few days ago I had to test for green senior belt and h
ad to do 100 sit ups/60 push ups/and70
squats! It was paiiiiiiiiiiiiinful and my stomach wasn't feeling so good. Yesterday I had to spar 8 people!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!:( I CANT HANDLE IT!!!!! I have to spar 8 more people on Thursday and I won't be able to stop. I just go spar then spar then spar then spar then spar then spar then spar then spar. WOW thats going to be a LOT . :(/:)
